This is so beautiful.

The internet gives people so much power. You can start a small business here or sell your valuables, find long lost friends, or just find directions. But then you meet the social networking sites where you are allowed to document your thoughts, small or big. And then people you know or don’t know find out little things they didn’t know before or did but not in so much depth. Problem with that is that it is a double edged sword. You learn but then your head grows large. Just because people choose to share a thought does not mean they share every single thought. Do all of you really compare meeting someone at random at a coffee shop to a new follower on tumblr? Apologizing through a screen means so much less than a hug and a look-me-in-the-eyes-and-say-you’re-sorry. Just because a blog post about one thing doesn’t mean its everything there is about a person or the things they face every day. Don’t give yourself the power you don’t have. Don’t jump to conclusions. Go outside and talk to people, look in their eyes and then just maybe you might know a little bit about who they are.
